Online Reservation of Accommodation

In 2021/22 Academic year about 60% and 20% of the beds in the University-owed halls in Nyankpala and Tamale campuses respectively have been reserved for Freshmen and women on first-come-first-served basis. Continuing students who were members of the halls will be allowed to occupy left over beds in the Halls. The University’s accommodation is online and students are required to use their Unique Identification Number (UIN) on their admission letter to reserve a room. After reservation, students will have 48 hours to make payment at the accredited bank, Stanbic.  Please follow the instructions below to reserve accommodation and make payment.
1. Go to https://ucm.uds.edu.gh
Provide the following information
2. Username: is UIN  (UIN is Unique Identification Number which is on your admission letter ie 2000xxxxx)
3. Default Password: 123456
4. Click on Login and immediately change the default password. You are advised not to use your phone number as password.


5. You will see the windows below, follow the instructions below them to reserve a room
6. Print the reservation or screen shoot it
7. Go to Stanbic bank with the reservation chit within 48 hours to make payment. Tell the bank officer that you are paying for Residential Fees of UDS
8. Keep your receipt till the University re-opens when you will come to campus for registration. 
Please check your receipt to make sure your fee was received into Residential Account.
