On Monday, October 10, 2022, at 2:00PM prompt, the members of the University Community will converge on the Andani Andan Academic Chamber for an interfaith Prayer and Ministration Service for the new Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Seidu Al-hassan.
The event will feature prayers and ministration by Muslims and Christians within the University Community. Professor Samuel Donkoh, the Dean of the School of Applied Economics and Management Sciences, who doubles as the Head Pastor of the Christ Universal Church, will lead the Christian Prayer and Ministration while Dr. Ibrahim Mohammed Gunu, the Dean of the Faculty of Education, who is also an Islamic Scholar, will lead the Islamic prayers and Ministration.
All members of the University Community are invited to the event.
The Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Sciences (FOAFCS), located at the Nyankpala Campus, is the premier faculty of the University for Development Studies (UDS), having begun in 1993 as the Faculty of Agriculture.
