Cudjoe Shedrack is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Science. He commenced his lecturing carrier in 2020. He is a Forage and Pasture Scientist and his duty is teaching courses related to pasture establishment, forage nutrition and fodder quality assessment. He is the Supervisor of the Cattle Unit of the Department. Mr. Cudjoe has been working with some pasture plants like Elephant grass, Brachiaria grass, Pigeon pea, Albizia lebbeck, Desmanthus species etc. He has interest in pasture establishment and management, fodder conservation (silage preparation and hay production) which will help solve dry season feed shortage in northern Ghana and the nation at large.
