Mensah Tawiah Cobbinah is an Assistant lecturer at the Department of Agribusiness of the University for Development Studies (UDS). He has a year of full-time teaching and research experience at UDS. However, Mr. Mensah was a Teaching Assistant for the then Faculty of Agribusiness and Communication Sciences, where he supported in teaching Basic Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Applications, and Introductory Economics and Statistics. Currently, he supports in teaching Econometrics and Public Administration at the undergraduate level. Mr. has also worked for Agriterra Ghana and Slidaridad West Africa as a Graduate Researcher/Field Assistant and Data Analyst. His contribution to literature has been in the area of agricultural credit access and utilization and consumer demand for food safety in Ghana. However, Mensah is also interested in research for developmental issues in agricultural value chain, productivity, and rural livelihood.
