Ms. Mawuse Adzo Siabi is a Lecturer with about three years of working experience with the Department of Animal Science under the Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Sciences in the University for Development Studies. Ms. Siabi specializes in the area of monogastric nutrition and has an interest in conducting research in poultry science. She is the Seminar Co-ordinator and Assistant Supervisor of the Poultry Unit of the Department. She is also, the Co-ordinator for the department at the CR72 project under the government flagship of Rearing for food and jobs. Ms. Siabi has tutored in the areas of Poultry Production, Monogastric Nutrition, and Monogastrics (Poultry and Swine production) at the diploma and undergraduate levels. Ms. Siabi is a member of the Ghana Society of Animal Production (GSAP), Ghana Animal Science Association (GASA), Women in Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (WiSTEM), and the University Teachers Association Ghana (UTAG).
