Mr. Prince Musah Saeed is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences of the Faculty of Agriculture Food and Consumer Sciences. Mr. Saeed has both MPhil and BSc in Home Economics with food and Nutrition Option. He is Currently on a PhD programme reading PhD Food Science and Technology. He has experience in teaching foods and nutrition with strong commitment to student development and the learning experiences. He is trained to teach in a motivational way that is understandable of all students’ needs and to work in a teaching environment with or without pressure. He is Diligent in building welcoming environment and providing support and attentive service. He has taught courses including Fundamentals of Nutrition, Principles of Nutrition, Institutional Food Production, Food safety and Sanitation, Basics of Nutrition, Confectionery Sciences and Cake Decoration and Sugar Craft. His research interest is in Food Product Development, Sensory analysis researches, Food Safety, Health and Sanitation and Nutrition related Researches. He is also into Cake baking and Sugar Crafting and Pastry art. He has the Capacity to encourage and care for Students by promoting their creative ability and high order thinking in a way that increases students’ performance, with good Assessment and Classroom Management. He is a philanthropist and passionate about the needy. He is a member of a group known to be International Model Diplomat for Integrated Development (IMDID) which sees to solving societal issues and helping communities and its members grow. Mr. Saeed believes in hard work and determination to achieve dreams. His hobbies are cooking, product development, and researches.
