Ms. Ramatu Alinibas is a Senior Research Assistant in the Department of Family and Consumer Science. She has a BSc. In Hospitality Management. She has experience in Practical Cookery. Her interest is in new product development in Food and Nutrition Courses. She assists lecturers with practical courses as a demonstrator and also guides students during practical sessions.
