Background
Samuel Safo K. Allotey (PhD) is a lecturer, with the department of Agricultural Innovation Communication. Samuel Safo, K. Allotey (MPhil) has over five years of professional experience working as a socio-economics expert on development programmes such as agricultural value chains among smallholder farmers and nucleus farmers in the Upper West region. He has also led a socio-economic study on assessing farmers’ willingness to pay under the Pwalugu Multipurpose Project on 20,000 ha irrigation schemes in the North East region.
